The Tatreez on the Tree of Life corset is a combination of motifs and colours taken from Archives of Traditional Palestinian thobes from Gaza, Leenas hometown. The Tree of life, also known as the cypress tree symbolises resilience, eternity, endurance and a connection to the land. One of the most widely used Motifs for these reasons
The fabric is 100% Cotton but can be made in other materials such as linen or silk if requested. If this is wanted please leave a note at checkout and we will be in touch to confirm and invoice for the fabric changes.
*Note* Each Tie is made to order and ALL Tatreez is done by hand. All Tatreez thread used is DMC cotton perle. If requiring this piece for an event please contact us prior to ordering so we can let you know if it can be made in time. Tatreez is a time consuming and delicate job so we hope you can respect the making time for this piece.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted due to manufacturing faults.
Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to enquire about a return/ refund, in which the customer is responsible for any postage/packaging fees.
Please bear in mind that most fabrics are vintage / deadstock and therefor may have slight imperfections throughout. These imperfections are not included as manufacturing faults and therefor not eligible for returns.
If your return claim is accepted, there will be an option for the item to be repaired and posted back to you.

If necessary, wash in machine on a delicate setting.
