  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted due to manufacturing faults.

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to enquire about a return/ refund, in which the customer is responsible for any postage/packaging fees.

Please bear in mind that most fabrics are vintage / deadstock and therefor may have slight imperfections throughout. These imperfections are not included as manufacturing faults and therefor not eligible for returns.

If your return claim is accepted, there will be an option for the item to be repaired and posted back to you.

  • To keep your garment in its original condition, do not wash too often and never in a washing machine. If the corset needs to be cleaned, do so by hand or dry cleaning and allow to dry naturally. Alternatively, use a mild detergent and a towel to spot clean the inner lining to remove sweat, bacteria, dead skin and stains. You may also use a mild fabric spray for this purpose.

Hanging the garment after each wear and wash, in a cool dry place, will allow it to air and will also aid the removal of bacteria, reducing the number of times it requires cleaning. Additionally, it will allow the fibres to mould back into place so that the shape of the corset is retained for longer.

Each corset has a combination of fibres as it is made of vintage textiles (content is therefore not 100% known). To iron, use a cool or regular setting, making sure to use a piece of fabric on top to protect it from the hot iron plate.

If the corset is worn daily, it is advisable to alternate between wearing it onto bare skin and using it with another garment underneath (e.g. a vest, shirt, dress etc). This will extend its life by protecting it from sweat and bacteria.
